Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including: Free On-Site Fitness Center Two On-Site Cafeterias Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plans Holiday Pay and Giveaways Teladoc (online care) Hiring for 1st shift: $21.30/hr, 8-10 hour shift, occasional weekend work Material Handling/Logistics Associate Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 21.30 / hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:30am to 03:00pm) Position duties may include parts receiving, parts put away, customer order picking & kitting, internal parts delivery & outbound shipment of forklifts and parts. Check parts delivery & inventory levels for part shortages; store parts and materials. Maintain safety through knowledge of sling, hoist, or crane operations; knowledge of safe loading & handling techniques. Ensure quality through correct inspection of parts/forklifts or & proper handling of parts materials or forklifts. Distribute materials & parts to TMH manufacturing groups & external customers according to production schedules. Operating, loading, &/or unloading multiple types of powered industrial equipment. Ability to use a computer or handheld scanner Material Handling/Logistics Associate Qualifications: No HSD/GED required! Material Handling requires tugger operating experience Logistics requires order picker/cherry picker operating experience Able to lift up to 45 pounds repetitively. Able to work in a constant state of alertness & safe manner. Able to work accurately in fast-paced environment & work well with others.
