Strong experience insmall plastic part designwith high focus on aesthetics, precision, and gap/flush. Proficient inSiemens NX and CATIA V5for 3D modeling, surfacing, and detailing. ApplyDFM for injection molding , including ribs, snaps, bosses, and light guide features. Supportelectromechanical packagingwith PCB, connectors, LEDs, and sensors. Create drawings withGD&Tand ensure tolerance stack-up meets functional requirements.
