This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow their manufacturing career in a clean, high-tech, GMP-regulated environment with hands-on training, career advancement potential, and long-term stability.As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting daily production operations by operating equipment, maintaining cleanroom standards, and ensuring products are manufactured safely and efficiently to the highest quality standards.What You'll Be Doing:• Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment following batch records and SOPs• Clean, sanitize, and prepare production equipment and cleanroom environments• Accurately complete production documentation, logs, and manufacturing records• Assist with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance activities• Maintain organized, audit-ready production areas using 5S principles• Follow GMP, safety, and compliance procedures in a regulated manufacturing setting• Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teamsWhat We're Looking For:• High School Diploma or GED required• Previous manufacturing, production, pharmaceutical, or GMP experience preferred• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail• Ability to follow detailed procedures and complete documentation accurately• Comfortable working in a cleanroom or regulated production environment• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 poundsWhy This Role?• Consistent full-time schedule with overtime potential• Every other Friday off• Strong potential for long-term extension or permanent conversion• Team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth and advancementPlease provide your resume in Word or PDF to be considered.
