Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-home care for patients based on their plan of care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Position Qualifications:
Active CNA license.
Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
Strong communication.
Prior home health experience preferred; training available for suitable candidates.
Hours: Monday – Friday
Work Type: In-person / traveling within a reasonable distance to patients' homes.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
