DescriptionThe Warehouse Associate supports day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, staging, inventory control, and shipping materials used by field crews. This role ensures the right equipment is in the right place at the right time.This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Warehouse OperationsReceive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and equipmentPick, stage, and prepare materials for field crews and job sitesLoad and unload trucks safely and efficientlyMaintain accurate inventory records and material trackingOrganization & InventoryKeep warehouse areas clean, organized, and clearly labeledAssist with inventory counts, audits, and reconciliationIdentify damaged, missing, or low-stock items and report issuesSafety & SupportFollow TCE safety standards and warehouse proceduresUse equipment and tools safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc., if certified)Support Warehouse Manager and Operations with daily needsRequirementsWhat You Need to Be a Fit1–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferredAbility to lift, move, and handle materials safelyBasic computer skills for inventory trackingStrong attention to detail and organizationReliable attendance and strong work ethicValid driver’s license preferred
