Senior Data Developer

You'll develop reliable ETL pipelines, lead data modeling efforts, and create data stores and marts that power business intelligence. This role requires a strong understanding of organizational data to deliver effective, enterprise-wide data solutions.What You'll DoDesign, develop, and maintain data integration solutions using SQL Server, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and related toolsBuild scalable, reliable ETL pipelines to support enterprise business intelligence and analyticsLead the design of logical data models and implement optimized physical database structuresDevelop and manage operational data stores, data marts, and enterprise data modelsCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into technical solutionsIntegrate data from multiple sources including databases, APIs, and flat filesPerform data transformation, cleansing, validation, and aggregation to ensure high data qualityMonitor, optimize, and troubleshoot ETL performance and data workflowsDeploy, schedule, and maintain production data processes with proper documentation and controlsEnsure data accuracy, security, and availability through governance, access controls, and backup strategiesWhat Makes You SuccessfulSuccess in this role requires a strong ability to understand and interpret organizational data.
