As our Vice President, Community Operations, you’ll serve as a strategic, execution-focused leader partnering with our Chief Operations Officer to drive performance, consistency, and growth across our portfolio.If you’re a hands-on leader who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution, this is your opportunity to make enterprise level impact.What You’ll DoEnterprise Operations LeadershipDrive operational performance, consistency, and execution across all communitiesEstablish and monitor KPIs across expense management, service delivery, and resident experiencePartner with regional and community leaders to close performance gaps and elevate outcomesNew Community IntegrationLead integration of newly acquired communities from due diligence through stabilizationBuild and execute a repeatable integration playbook with clear milestones and accountabilityAlign cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitionsStrategic Partnership to the Chief Operations Officer (COO)Serve as a trusted partner and operational advisor to the COODeliver executive-level reporting and insights for decision-makingPrepare Board materials and drive accountability on enterprise prioritiesProcurement & Vendor StrategyLead enterprise procurement strategy to drive cost efficiency and quality outcomesOversee vendor selection, negotiation, and performance managementIdentify savings opportunities and optimize spend across the portfolioOperational Excellence & Continuous ImprovementDevelop and implement enterprise operating standards and SOPsDrive compliance, audit readiness, and consistency across communitiesLead cost optimization and operational improvement initiativesLeadership & Team DevelopmentLead and develop direct reports across plant operations, lifestyle, and operational supportBuild a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvementEnsure alignment between enterprise priorities and community-level executionWhat You BringBachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience (senior living, healthcare, or multi-site service environments preferred)Proven experience leading integrations, acquisitions, or large-scale operational transitionsStrong background in procurement, vendor management, or cost strategyDemonstrated success leading teams and driving cross-functional executionAbility to operate at both strategic and tactical levels with equal effectivenessReady to Lead at the Enterprise Level?If you’re a strategic operator who thrives on driving performance, leading change, and delivering results, we want to connect.
