Payroll Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Analyst in New Castle, DE . This is a full-time, onsite role supporting a centralized payroll function across a multi-entity organization. Position Highlights Acts as backup for payroll processing during team absences Supports reporting and analytics using ADP Workforce Now and Excel Assists with quarterly/year-end payroll tax balancing and 401(k) audits Ensures payroll compliance (federal, state, and local regulations, including CBAs) Participates in improving and documenting payroll processes Handles tax agency inquiries and audit support Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, HR, or related field (preferred) 5+ years of payroll experience in a multi-entity environment Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and best practices ADP Workforce Now experience required Union/non-union payroll experience a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Production Industries Manufacturing J-18808-Ljbffr
