Mgr Sterile Processing - Sterile Processing - (240001T1) Description Job Summary The Sterile Processing Manager is responsible on a shift-based approach, around-the-clock operations of Sterile Processing for Tampa General Hospital. This responsibility includes supervision of employees in all areas of processing and case cart area. Demonstrates ability to interview, hire, schedule, assign work to and evaluate the work performance of employees supervised. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital. Qualifications Qualifications High school diploma or G.E.D required. College degree preferred. Five (5) experience in processing with at least two (2) years in a supervisory/leadership role. National Certification in Sterile Processing (CRCST), Certified Instrument Specialist (CIS), or Certified Healthcare Leader (CHL) preferred.
