The proposed project person must submit one (1) Quality Management Plan developed by the proposed project person with the Offer.Three (3) years as a lead facilitator over processes to develop and manage quality metrics.Desirable Qualifications: Two (2) years of serving as a Quality Manager on a project (not a portfolio) of at least $10 million. Two (2) years serving as a Quality Manager on a project for a public-sector client on a project (not a portfolio) of at least $10 million. (Can be the same project as Desirable Qualification #1.)Education:Bachelors Degree in Information Technology.
