The ideal candidate will assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, provide excellent customer service, and maintain efficient daily pharmacy operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications accuratelyEnter prescription information into the pharmacy systemCommunicate with insurance companies to resolve billing issuesMaintain patient records and confidentialityManage inventory and stock shelvesAssist customers at the counter and via phone with questions or concernsFollow all pharmacy regulations and company proceduresAble to efficiently handle transactions at the point of sale/register.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 year experience in a retail pharmacy settingFamiliarity with PrimeRX (micromerchant) pharmacy softwareExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
