Commercial property management company is looking for an experienced Property Administrative Assistant to support the property management team at their Downtown Los Angeles portfolio. Company is extremely focused on providing a high quality of service to their tenants, as well as highly valuing their employees!! This position is temporary and will support an APM and PM for a Class A Office space.Responsibilities:Answering phones and greeting incoming guests or tenantsMaintaining all files for tenantsGathering certificates of insurance and business licensesManaging expiration dates for both certificates and licenseDispatching maintenance for tenant requestsCommunicating with vendors and contractorsMaintaining vendor filesReceiving and coding incoming accounts payableScheduling meetings for ManagerCoordinating tenant appreciation daysPreparing correspondence and reports for ManagerCommunicating with tenants about external improvements or cleaning schedulesResolving customer/tenant questions or concernsDesired Skills:Ability to work well with othersAbility to prioritizeDetailedRequired Skills:BA or BS degreeIntermediate MS Office skills2+ year of office experienceCommercial Property Management Experience a Plus
