Key Account Specialist | Automotive, Medical, Robotic Industries | North American MarketPosition OverviewThe Key Account Specialist is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients to achieve sales targets and enhance client satisfaction. The role requires a deep understanding of the manufacturing and medical industries, as well as strong skills in business development and client management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to foster client loyalty and retention.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts and territories.Prepare and present proposals to clients, demonstrating an understanding of their needs and how our solutions can meet them.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies for product introduction and promotion.Manage sales forecasts and projections to ensure alignment with company goals.Utilize account management techniques to maintain and grow existing accounts.Participate in cold calling and prospecting activities to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards (cGMP, GCP, ISO, FDA).Provide training and support to sales teams on effective client engagement strategies.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3+ years experience in sales or account management, preferably in the Automotive, Medical or Robotics sectors.Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, including demand forecasting and territory management.Proficiency in market research methodologies and analysis.Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.Familiarity with industry standards such as APQP, SOP, and GMP.Experience in managing complex sales cycles and client relationships.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership and project management skills.This position will have up to 30% travel; China, Mexico, Domestic US, EuropeWhile not required, additional language skills are desired.BenefitsUncapped Commission StructureAnnual BonusPTO/VacationRetirement Plan (Simple IRA)
