As an independent technician who travels locally, this role involves providing excellent customer service while ensuring safety compliance and energy-efficient operation of HVAC equipment. The technician uses mobile apps for diagnostics and reporting to efficiently document work and parts usage.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and repair residential HVAC systemsPerform system diagnostics and troubleshootingConduct preventive maintenance and equipment testingReplace parts and document all service activities.Ensure safety compliance and promote energy efficiencyProvide excellent customer service during all service calls, providing a WOW experience.Use mobile applications for diagnostics and reportingTravel locally to different job sitesPreferred Qualifications4+ years experience with HVAC systemsHigh school diploma or equivalentSkilled in troubleshooting techniques and preventive maintenanceStrong customer service and safety protocol knowledgeProficient using diagnostic tools and mobile appsPhysical stamina for hands-on workGood driving record and self-motivatedCompany Description Family oriented, well respected in the Community.
