Assistant Project ManagerWestchester County, NY Position OverviewThe Assistant Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This role works closely with Senior Project Management staff to ensure projects are delivered to high quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutCoordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teamsMaintain project schedules and monitor progress against milestonesReview shop drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and completenessTrack RFIs, submittals, and project documentationAssist with site visits to monitor construction progress and complianceEnsure adherence to safety standards and company proceduresQualificationsDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferredProficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)Ability to review shop drawings for accurate dimensions, quantities, and compliance with project plans and specifications.Knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and documentation The above salary range represents Cobalt's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is one part of the total rewards package this client provides to employees.
