Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson based in Houston, TX. In this role, the Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, and developing tailored sales strategies. The individual will also support lead generation, negotiate sales agreements, meet sales targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Proven skills in sales, lead generation, and client relationship managementStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilitiesExperience with market research and developing sales strategiesOrganizational skills and ability to meet sales targets under deadlinesProficiency in CRM software and tools to track and analyze sales performanceAdaptability, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven mindsetBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in sales or a client-facing role is an advantage
