Program Manager
WHO WE SEEK: We are looking for a highly organized, relationship-driven Program Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This individual will serve as an advisor to campus-based programs, overseeing and growing key initiatives while supporting student leaders and community partnerships to drive fundraising success across the United States. This role requires someone who is proactive, adaptable, and passionate about building meaningful connections while managing multiple initiatives at once.This is a full time, hybrid position. NYC preferred, but open to candidates based in other U.S. locations. Travel, evening, and weekend work required for some events and programs.RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Program Management & Growth: Oversee and grow assigned school and community-based programs. Develop strategies to expand B+ presence on college campuses. Ensure successful execution of fundraising initiatives and events.• Partnership Development & Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with student leaders, schools, and community partners. Act as a primary point of contact for program participants. Provide guidance and resources to help partners meet fundraising and engagement goals.• Fundraising Strategy: Support the development and execution of fundraising plans across programs. Track performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Assist partners in reaching and exceeding fundraising goals.• Mission Integration: Collaborate with families and support the B+ Heroes program. Ensure meaningful connections between students and the children/families we serve. Uphold and promote the B+ mission in all interactions.• Team Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and other program staff to strengthen overall program strategy.
