Learning & Leadership Specialist
Summary: This role serves as a member of the Global Learning & Leadership Development team, with primary responsibility for administering, troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining the global Learning Management System (LMS). The specialist ensures exceptional data accuracy, executes advanced reporting and analysis using Excel, optimizes global workflows, partners closely with global stakeholders, and supports the Sleepy Hollow site with day-to-day training administration.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Collaborates with internal customers and external subject matter experts to support delivery of professional development and leadership training courses.Serves as a member of the global Learning Management System administration team.Performs routine LMS tasks, reconciles discrepancies, ensures user and curriculum data accuracy, and troubleshoots system issues across global learning systems.Develops and maintains advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and utilizing formulas and functions.Coordinates virtual and global learning activities; provides in-person support for Sleepy Hollow as needed.Coordinates program surveys and assists with global reporting, analytics, and evaluation of program effectiveness utilizing Excel and other reporting mechanisms.Together with the leadership team, assists with content updates, version control, process documentation.Builds relationships that foster the Regeneron culture.Follows established process flows and proactively anticipates global system and team needs.All other duties as assigned by management.Education And ExperienceBachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Business or similar.2+ years of relevant experience.Effective communications skills and excellent interpersonal, with an eye for detail.Ability to work independently with some direction from senior colleagues.Can effectively cope with change and shift gears comfortably.Ability to work on multiple assignments and prioritize demands in a high energy, fast-paced environment.Strong client-service and results orientation.Proven experience administering an enterprise LMS (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, SumTotal or equivalent) required; experience managing global user bases strongly preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required (including advanced Excel skills such as pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation, power queries, and data reconciliation)Expected Skills In Core CompetenciesExceptional attention to detail with strong data accuracy orientation.Problem solvingWritten and verbal communicationsDrive for resultsAbility to follow complex workflows and execute tasks with high accuracyFunctional/technical skillsTeam playerEye for details required
