Terminal Operations Associate- Cargo (NIGHTS)Ingram Infrastructure operates eight marine terminals in the St. Louis Harbor that handle commodities critical to the US economy. Job DescriptionAs a Terminal Operations Associate, you'll be part of a team that keeps bulk commodities moving safely and efficiently through one of the busiest inland ports in the country.

What you'll be doing:
Loading and unloading of trucks, rail cars, and barges along the Mississippi River
Performing general dock maintenance and cleanup
Inspecting cargo and reporting damage or discrepancy
Securing cargo and supporting crane and heavy equipment operators
Assisting with line handling and barge positioning
Following Zero Harm safety processes and procedures for a safe work environment

Operations Management
Schedule:
12-hour shifts: 6pm 6am during peak season (December May)
Monday through Friday
Occasional mandatory weekends

Starting Pay: $21.50/hour and $2.00/hour shift differential when working on nights

Comfortable performing physical labor (lifting, climbing, and securing lines)
Candidates must:
Possess a High School diploma or GED
Have reliable transportation to and from work daily
Pass a post-offer process of an offer is made (background check, drug screen, and physical)
Can carry more than fifty pounds on a regular basis unassisted
Must be able to read and write the English language
