(No C2C)Visa: H1B, OPT, H4EAD, GCEAD, L2, Green Card, US Citizens (Only USA Applicants) Workplace Type: Hybrid – Chicago, Peoria , Champagne -ILExperience: 5+ YrsPosition’s Contributions to Work Group:- Leading the Technical Delivery for the Helios Equipment Domain Team.Typical task breakdown:- Helios Equipment Domain Data Analysis- Working with Cross Functional Team to communicate Data Analysis- Business Domain Decisions- Data Quality review and Analysis- Automation of Processes- Stakeholder Communication and Alignment- Documentation- Breaking down the feature into the small workable tasks (Agile)Interaction with team:- 9 team membersWork environment:- Hybrid Work model; daily stand up; quarterly in person team summit and in in-person workshops.Education & Experience Required:- Master’s Degree in Computer science, Statistics or related fields- 3+ years experience in data science and Data Analyst.Prior working experience with Caterpillar and Helios Data is preferred. (Business and Domain Knowledge)Technical Skills- Snowflake, SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, DevOps(Desired)- Aws, ML Model building with Python is plus.- If candidate has CAT experience and Helios data.Soft SkillsGreat Communication and Interpersonal SkillsWorking with big group of stakeholders to bring alignment and communicate the Data Analysis done.Disqualifiers/Red Flags:- If the candidate only has a bachelor’s degree, they will not be considered. Only master’s degrees will be considered.- There is NO 100% remote work in the role, they must go into office to one of the three locations listed above.
