Richmond, United States | Posted on 01/05/2026Project: Project Lighthouse backfill to maintain IRMS legacy systems and develop interfaces between GentTax and IRMS systems during the modernization period to support all four rollouts.Virginia Tax is seeking an experienced, senior-level PowerBuilder developer to provide analysis, support, and maintenance for the IRMS legacy system, as well as development and implementation of the GenTax–IRMS interface under the direction of Virginia Department of Taxation management.
