This is a stable company that offers great benefits (fully paid medical benefits, pension plan, wellness reimbursement, etc.) and good work/life balance.Responsibilities:-Full cycle AP processing through check runs.-Reconcile monthly corporate credit cards statements and make payments.-Process employee reimbursements using Concur.-Monitor cash balances in various clients' bank accounts.-Manage clients' investments property taxes and pay installments.-Deposit checks for corporate and clients' accounts.-Prepare 1099s at year-end and obtain W-9s as needed.-Assist with general ledger, month-end closeRequirements:-BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance-Minimum 3+ years of AP experience-Exposure to journal entries, GL a plus-Experience with Yardi, Concur or PayScan is a plus.-Excellent verbal and written communication skill
