Primary Skills: CMS(Expert), HTML(Expert), CSS(Expert) ,JavaScript,( Expert ),A/B Testing(Intermediate) Location: Mountain View CA Contract: W2 Duration: 12 months (#LI-Hybrid) Pay Range: $53 - $56 per Hour #LP JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an independent CMS Web Developer & A/B Testing Specialist capable of crafting exceptional web experiences using CMS, with proficiency in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will execute A/B and multivariate tests, collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing and Product Management, and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment. This role involves significant interaction with internal partners and requires strong capabilities in troubleshooting and content validation. JOB REQUIREMENTS Develop and manage web pages and experiences using a CMS, implementing CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. Execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize user experiences during peak periods. Partner closely with Marketing, Product Management, and creative teams to deliver compelling marketing content. Ensure quality control through manual validation of content and peer review of A/B test setups. Troubleshoot site issues and correct content inaccuracies as necessary. Must have Skills Proficiency in CMS, JavaScript, and HTML for front-end development. Experience in conducting A/B testing and managing web content. Strong multitasking skills in a dynamic, deadline-sensitive environment.
