This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13, Step 10 (currently $138,370).Duties Help You will establish and implements corporate objectives, identifies customer requirements, establishes clear and achievable objectives, and tracking and Reporting of project status.You will coordinate with Performing Division Managers, approve the appointment of Task Managers, coordinate with various Financial Management Core Teams and Project Analysts to establish funding structure and execution of workload.You will perform department level project reviews as required; analyze performance indexes, such as schedule performance, cost performance, percent complete and percent spent.You will identify trends and recommend necessary action to resolve current or potential performance, resource, and funding problems.You will be responsible for initiating, planning, monitoring, reporting, and closeout of an assigned portfolio of projects.You will be responsible for maintaining project cost, schedule and quality, and participating in Customer Feedback Process in accordance with customer coverage models.You will prepare and input Workload Acceptance Website packages for review by the Customer Advocate and ensure project is in compliance with annual planning guidance.You will participate in workload, technical capabilities, strategic and other planning development activities with the Customer Advocate, Chief Strategist, and ensure compliance with Task Management Policy.You will review Project Proposals for alignment to Crane Integrated Command strategy and Warfare Center Technical Capabilities.You will ensure cost estimates, definitive tasking, and Statements of Work are defined between Crane and the customer relative to cost, quality, schedule; manages project Risk Management Plan.Requirements Help Conditions of employmentMust be a US Citizen.Must be determined suitable for federal employment.Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
