Primary Care Physician OpportunityGulfport, MSCompensation: Making over $300,000 year 1 with PartnershipWe provide care to Seniors 65+ years old. Physicians practice at the top of their licenses, complete charting during office hours, and have a life outside of the office. They have the freedom to provide the kind of care that you would want your grandparents to receive. Our goal is to provide a concierge level of service for Seniors who do not have access nor can afford such a high level of care. Role:Base Salary: $250k for a resident. PCP with Value-Based Care Experience $280k/ Experienced PCP without Value-Based Care experience $26k5-$270kSign on: Up to $15k.Annual incentive bonus: up to $28% of base pay (most make around $20%)Partnership after 3 years (no buy-in)Primary Care outpatientValue Based Care model.Shifts: Monday Friday 8a-5pCall: 1:8 Weeks. Average week 3-5 total callsPatient panel max of 400Average patients per day: 10-13. Lots of initial trainingPatient satisfaction scores are usually a 510k Square Ft. Center with Labs, EKG and Echo'sEa. provider has their own care team / schedular, MA, referral specialist, Nurse, Case Manager, Social Worker and Outreach Specialist Have cooking classes, yoga, silver sneakers-mall walking exercise community for seniors, social community health coordinatorBenefits:25 Days of PTO5 CME days9 Holidays (2 of the 9 days are floating holidays where-employee selects these days.)Major Medical/Dental/VisionCompany Paid Long and Short Term Disability; and Company paid Life Insurance (Employee may elect more coverage)401K (No match as of yet)Malpractice Covered along with Tail Coverage.Requirements:BC/BE IM/FMComputer savvy No current cases/ no impairment or sexual assault charges or anti-kickback violations or fraud. No issue with MedicareWill hire a 2026 resident. Each Center has contracts with Uber and Lyft to provide transportation for patients who need it. The Care Team representatives schedule these rides when the appointment is scheduled. If there is a need for a specialist appointment, the Care Team arranges transportation for these as well. The Centers Community Relations representative organizes Cooking Classes, Chair Yoga, Silver Sneakers, Senior Proms, Birthday parties, and other events to engage our Senior Patients and keep them active and connected.For more info Contact
