Landscape Construction Foreman

GLI NorCal Landscape Construction has been in business for 30+ years and specializes in high-end residential projects in the greater Bay Area. We are looking for a landscape construction foreman to lead crews and coordinate operations. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Execute site layouts Maintain schedules and prepare daily job reports Coordinate tasks Lead crews and supervise tradespeople Prepare and maintain safety conditions Oversee quality control Experience/Skills: Five years minimum experience in landscape construction with an emphasis on high-end residential projects preferred Read and understand plans Excellent communication skills Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage installation teams Excellent hands-on construction skills with strong carpentry skills preferred Overall knowledge of landscaping, carpentry, masonry, concrete, and site work Strong problem-solving skills English and Spanish speaking preferred Physical ability required to work outdoors and lift up to 40 pounds Join GLI NorCal Landscape Construction and be part of a team dedicated to excellence.
