You will take ownership of test efforts for assigned capabilities, contribute to automated testing infrastructure, and help ensure systems meet customer and operational requirements in realistic environments.This role is well suited for engineers who have foundational testing experience and are ready to take greater responsibility while continuing to deepen their technical expertise.ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and document formal and informal test activities for cyber capabilitiesDevelop and maintain test plans, procedures, and validation scriptsPerform hands on testing in lab and operationally relevant environmentsAnalyze test results, identify defects or performance gaps, and recommend remediation prioritiesCollaborate closely with R&D teams to reproduce issues and validate fixesContribute to automated testing pipelines and toolingDesign test scenarios that reflect real world operational use casesProduce clear, customer ready test reports and technical summariesInterface with internal stakeholders and assist in discussions with external customersTravel up to 20% to support field testing and customer engagementsKey QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 3–6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceMust be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain one)Demonstrated experience executing structured test and evaluation activitiesProficiency in Python and/or CExperience working with embedded systems and Linux based environmentsUnderstanding of networking fundamentals and common protocolsAbility to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non technical audiencesExperience contributing to formal customer test or acceptance processesPreferred QualificationsExperience with automation and CI/CD tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or similar)Familiarity with embedded system internals (Embedded Linux, RTOS)Basic understanding of RF conceptsExperience using debuggers (e.g., gdb, WinDbg)Exposure to vulnerability assessment or cyber capability testingActive Top Secret clearance or eligibilityBenefits: Live an Extraordinary LifeWe care about your well-being, not just on the job.
