Our mission is to help children and their families overcome challenges in a supportive and fun environment and foster growth in key developmental areas.Role DescriptionThis could be a full-time or part-time, on-site role for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist based in Austin, TX. The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, and deliver therapy services to support children in achieving their developmental milestones. Responsibilities include developing customized care plans, working with families and caregivers, assisting children in improving key motor and cognitive skills, and maintaining detailed progress reports to monitor development effectively. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care is also part of the role.QualificationsStrong foundation in Occupational Therapy practices, with a focus on pediatricsKnowledge or experience in rehabilitation and developmental medicineEffective communication skills to collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teamsAbility to create individualized care plans tailored to the needs of young childrenRelevant licensure or certification in occupational therapy is requiredMaster's degree in Occupational Therapy or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant LicensePrior experience working with young children is necessary
