Our client, a global financial services and digital payments company, is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist. This position is a remote 3-month contract. You must be based in the US and able to work PST hours. No H1B Visa status. Hourly rate $26.88, W2 + paid holidays through Talent Table. NO C2C. Duties: Become a subject matter expert on day-to-day queue work. Effectively solve customer inquiries via email using a CRM tool. Understand escalation paths to effectively triage a seller's needs based on where they are in the cycle of their loan in order to mitigate risk. Maintain or exceed established service level agreements and guidelines for timely resolution of queued transactions to minimize potential revenue losses. Identify, document, and follow up with cross functional teams on product bugs and features. Participate in ongoing training to maintain current knowledge of BSA/AML and perform BSA/AML duties as required by job function. Effectively work in a remote or distributed work environment and collaborate with team members over Slack and video conferencing. Skills: Overall understanding of financial and banking compliance policies. Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written. Superb attention to detail. Excellent time-management skills. Experience in direct customer-facing roles. Interest working within a growing space with teams and partners cross-functionally. Extraordinary work ethic. High School Diploma.
