Job Title:CMS - Commissioning Machinery SupervisorReference:PIR 439904320ProjectAMIRAL P02&03 4398&4399 KSAJob Location:Jubail, KSAJob type/Contract:Fixed Term ContractTenure01/08/2026 To 30/07/2027Hours/rotation:Rotation of 60 days on site and 10 days off (paid) & 2 days traveling (paid)Salary range:Excellent salary package with benefitsBenefits:Single Status.Accommodation provided by the company.Transportation provided by the company.Round trip ticket on each rotation (Economy class).Job summary/Role descriptionHe executes the activities relevant to functional loop checks and to the interlock/sequence's functionality checks in compliance with the quality requirements, health/environmental/safety regulations and following the stated procedures.Duties and responsibilitiesTo develop the detailed commissioning procedures for Machinery & Packages and procedures for the functional tests of the machinery.To check and prepare relevant Commissioning punch list.To supervise closing of pending Punch List Items.To monitor and ensure that activities are carried out following the procedures and requirements.To supervise the works of vendors' specialists and ensure their efficient utilization.To support the Vendors' specialists in the execution of the job and coordinate their actions with the Commissioning supervisors.To keep records of all activities performed in the logbook.To produce the certificates, duly signed by the parties involved, and handover to certification engineer (QA/QC).Person SpecificationKnowledge & Qualifications* University Degree / Equivalent Diploma in EngineeringExperienceRelevant experience in construction/modernization of oil & gas /industrial sector/ EPC projects large refinery plants.Similar role covered at least in last three projects of comparable size.Five (5) years relevant field experience.Experience working on the Contractor side.Skills and AbilitiesExcellent communications and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail, management skills.Team-oriented skills, self-motivation, and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
