This role supports both internal and external customers—including outside sales representatives, project managers, operations, and vendor partners—by ensuring accurate order processing, thorough documentation, and proactive communication throughout the order lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a central support resource for the sales and operations teamsHandle inbound inquiries from customers and internal stakeholdersResearch product specifications, availability, pricing, and lead times with manufacturers as neededAccurately enter and manage sales orders within the ERP systemVerify part numbers, pricing, freight terms, and shipping detailsProcess order changes, revisions, and updates efficientlyIssue order confirmations and review vendor acknowledgements for accuracyTrack ship dates and record tracking informationCommunicate order status updates, delays, or discrepancies to appropriate partiesCoordinate with purchasing, vendors, and operations to ensure timely fulfillmentAssist with resolving order discrepancies and customer concerns in a professional mannerDesired Experience, Skills & Qualifications:Experience in sales support, order processing, customer service, or inside sales environmentsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and follow through to completionExperience with Microsoft Dynamics SL and CRM preferredMechanical aptitude and ability to understand technical product specificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with Windows-based applicationsEducation & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferredBackground in material handling equipment is a plus, but not requiredAdditional InformationFull-time position, Monday–FridayBackground check requiredAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.#ind1
