At Odyssey, you are not just part of a company, you are part of building what comes next.The RoleThe Senior Manager, Total Rewards owns the design, execution, and optimization of the organization's compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures programs are competitive, compliant, and financially sound while supporting business objectives and a consistent employee experience. This position is accountable for end-to-end total rewards delivery, including compensation structures, incentive programs, health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, and leave administration across a multi-site, multi-state environment.Total Rewards Strategy & ExecutionLead design and execution of compensation and benefits programs aligned with business and financial objectivesMaintain competitive, cost-effective programs through market analysis, benchmarking, and ongoing evaluationTranslate data and market insights into actionable program changesCompensationOwn compensation programs, including salary structures, job evaluation, and incentive plansLead annual compensation cycles, including planning, modeling, and execution of salary and incentive changesProvide guidance on pay decisions, internal equity, and job levelingConduct market pricing and maintain compensation frameworksBenefits & LeaveOversee all benefits programs, including self-funded medical, 401(k), wellness, leave, and retirementManage programs across multiple pay groups and employee populationsLead renewals, plan design changes, and open enrollmentEnsure clear, effective communication of benefits programsCompliance & GovernanceEnsure compliance with all compensation and benefits regulations (FLSA, ERISA, ACA, etc.)Maintain audit readiness and governance over plan administrationOwn 401(k) compliance, including testing and issue resolutionMonitor regulatory changes and drive required updatesHRIS, Payroll & Data ManagementOwn total rewards data within HRIS (Dayforce preferred), ensuring accuracy and integrityPartner with Payroll to ensure alignment across compensation and benefits processesManage vendor file feeds and integrations; resolve data and eligibility issuesBuild and maintain reporting and analytics to support decision-makingVendor ManagementManage brokers, carriers, and compensation data providersEvaluate vendor performance, cost, and service deliveryLead implementation of new programs and toolsIssue Resolution & SupportServe as subject matter expert for total rewardsResolve complex issues impacting employees, leadership, or program effectivenessIdentify gaps and implement solutions to improve delivery and experienceKey SkillsAnalytical, data-driven decision makingStrong systems and process orientationAbility to manage complexity across programs and vendorsEffective stakeholder communication and influenceStrong attention to detail and execution disciplineWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred7+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewardsExperience managing total rewards in a multi-site, multi-state environmentDayforce or similar HRIS experience preferredStrong knowledge of self-funded medical plans, including carved-out pharmacyExperience managing multiple pay groups and complex payroll structuresDeep understanding of multi-state complianceExperience with 401(k) compliance and audit processesProven ability to use data to drive decisions and improve programsExperience with wellness/population health initiativesExperience managing vendor integrations and file feedsThe RoleSchedule: Hybrid 4 days in office per work weekSupervisory Responsibilities: YesBonus Eligible: YesAs required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, Odyssey provides a range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements.
