The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data modeling, dashboard development, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.Key Responsibilities Data Integration & PreparationExtract and integrate data from Salesforce and external systems (ERP, data warehouse, APIs)Build and manage Dataflows, Recipes, and DatasetsEnsure data quality, transformation logic, and refresh schedules Data Modeling & ArchitectureDesign scalable data models (star schema / denormalized datasets)Define and standardize KPIs and business metricsOptimize datasets for performance and large data volumes Dashboard Development & VisualizationDevelop interactive dashboards and lenses using Salesforce CRM AnalyticsDeliver intuitive, role-based, and executive-ready visualizations Advanced Analytics & InsightsEnable trend analysis, forecasting insights, and segmentationLeverage Einstein Discovery Security & GovernanceImplement security and access controlsEnsure compliance with data governance standards Stakeholder EngagementWork closely with business teams to gather requirementsConduct UAT, training, and user enablement sessionsProvide ongoing support and enhancementsRequired Skills & Experience10+ years in Salesforce ecosystem; with CRM Analytics experienceStrong experience with Dataflows, Recipes, Datasets, and SAQLStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
