Eddooswipe supports bank cards and smartphone applications to complete transactions seamlessly.Role Description The Software Developer role at Eddooswipe is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, OH. In this role, the Software Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain software components that power Eddooswipe’s digital payments platform. Daily activities include implementing new features, optimizing existing code, diagnosing and fixing bugs, and ensuring system reliability and security. The Software Developer will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA professionals to deliver user-friendly and secure solutions. The role also involves participating in code reviews, contributing to technical documentation, and supporting deployment activities and ongoing enhancements.Qualifications Strong skills in core programming and software development (e.g., proficiency in one or more modern languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript).Experience with web and application development frameworks and tools (for example, .NET, Spring, Node.js, or similar technologies).Knowledge of databases and data management (such as SQL/NoSQL databases, query optimization, and basic data modeling).Understanding of digital payments, transaction processing, or financial technology concepts is highly beneficial.Familiarity with software engineering practices (version control systems, unit testing, debugging, and continuous integration/continuous delivery).Ability to analyze requirements, conduct technical research, and translate business needs into scalable solutions.Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience developing secure applications and awareness of basic cybersecurity practices is a plus.Prior exposure to high-availability, high-transaction systems or fintech products is an advantage.
