Removal Attorney - Spanish required

Education: Legal degree from an accredited U.S. law school.Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in immigration law, with a strong focus on removal defense.Skills: Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written), Strong legal writing and oral advocacy, experience with EOIR systems and USCIS processes, excellent organizational skills.Bar: licensed to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing. Other: Willingness to travel.
