The department establishes, promotes, and maintains the hotel's security and property protection. The Security Team is available 24 hours a day. The Security Officer actively participates in the day-to-day security operations of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel, and property.ResponsibilitiesProvide a safe and secure environment for employees and guests.Participate in daily security operations 24/7.Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and incidents of loss or damage.Collaborate with local law enforcement and other hotel personnel.Maintain proper security documentation and reports.Conduct regular patrols and inspections of hotel premises.QualificationsCertified CPR/First Aid/AED.OSHA knowledge.Flexibility to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs.Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.High sense of ethics and honesty.Equal Opportunity StatementFour Seasons is an Equal Opportunity, affirmative-action employer.
