Accountant

As a full-time Spectrum Accountant, you will be responsible for producing financial reports for a portfolio of associations. You will build relationships with our management company clients, providing guidance and clarity with regard to association finances.
Responsibilities
Daily bank reconciliations
Create journal entries in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Produce monthly financial reports
Assist clients with accounting questions
Enter year end audit entries
Assist with annual audits and reviews
Assist with annual budget entry
Research and resolve accounting issues
Assist with on-boarding new clients into the software
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting OR at least 5 years accounting/bookkeeper experience including financial preparation
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines
High attention to detail
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
Benefits, Hours and Pay
Business Work hours are Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
Salary range for this position is $45,000-60,000 depending on prior accounting experience
