About the roleSSL Certificate & Digital Certificate Authority - SSL.com is a global certificate authority building the next generation of digital trust: public and private PKI, certificate lifecycle management, code and document signing, and content authenticity (C2PA). We're growing our commercial sales team and are looking for SDRs who want to learn enterprise security sales from the ground up.As an SDR, you'll be the first conversation many of our future customers have with SSL Certificate & Digital Certificate Authority - SSL.com . You'll qualify inbound interest, run targeted outbound into named accounts alongside our Account Executives, and book meetings with the security, DevOps, and infrastructure leaders who own trust decisions at their companies. This is a builder role on a team that's scaling, so your input on what works will shape the playbook.What you'll doRespond quickly to inbound hand-raisers (demo requests, content downloads, product inquiries such as C2PA and private PKI) and qualify them into meetings for AEs.Partner with AEs on named-account plans. They work top-down, you work the broader buying committee through calls, email, and LinkedIn to open doors.Run multi-touch outbound sequences tailored to specific personas (security, DevOps, infrastructure, compliance).Research target accounts: their current CA and certificate footprint, compliance pressures, and likely pain points, and use that to earn the first meeting.Keep HubSpot clean. Every contact, activity, and handoff is logged accurately, because our forecast depends on it.Learn the product portfolio well enough to hold a credible first conversation about SSL/TLS, private PKI, code signing, certificate lifecycle management, and our Digital Trust Platform.Support marketing campaigns and events with follow-up outreach.Share what you're hearing from the market with sales, marketing, and product.What we're looking forRequired:[1+ year] in a sales, customer-facing, or high-velocity environment.Real motivation to build a career in sales. Comfort with rejection is part of the job.Strong written and verbal communication; you can write a cold email someone actually wants to answer.Organized and disciplined about activity, follow-up, and CRM hygiene.Coachable.
