This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems, and building a strong maintenance team in a fast-paced production environment.You will be responsible for equipment reliability, facility upkeep, and continuous improvement across maintenance operations, working closely with production leadership to minimize downtime and support consistent output.Why This Role Stands OutLeadership role with real ownership and visibilityOpportunity to improve systems, processes, and team performanceStable manufacturing environment with long-term growth potentialCollaborative culture focused on safety, quality, and efficiencyWhat You Will DoLead and oversee all maintenance activities across the facility, equipment, and groundsTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues to support uninterrupted productionPlan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programsDevelop strategies to improve reliability, reduce downtime, and control maintenance costsManage the maintenance department budget, staffing, and resourcesPartner closely with production teams to resolve issues quickly and efficientlyMaintain spare parts inventory to support ongoing operationsSupervise, train, and develop maintenance techniciansProvide after-hours and emergency maintenance support as neededEnsure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and internal policiesTake full accountability for maintenance performance and resultsWhat We Are Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredVocational training or a bachelor's degree in facility management, business administration, or a related field preferredPrevious experience in food manufacturing strongly preferredProven experience in a maintenance supervisor or maintenance manager roleStrong knowledge of industrial equipment, electrical systems, and process controlsExperience with robotics and automation systemsAbility to plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance work effectivelyFamiliarity with ERP systems and maintenance tracking toolsOSHA 30 training is a plusSpanish speaking ability is preferredProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPointStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlinesBenefitsAnnual salary: $75,000 - $85,000Medical, Dental, and Vision401kPTO & Paid Holidays
