Help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that supports healing and wellness at Royal Oaks Hospital.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 1p-9:30pm with working one weekend a month 5:30am-1:30pm with the Friday off before working weekend and Wednesday off after working weekend
As a Custodial Technician, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our hospital remains a comfortable, hygienic, and well-maintained space for clients, visitors, and staff. You’ll handle daily cleaning tasks, assist with basic maintenance, support supply and inventory needs, and contribute to a positive environment that reflects our commitment to care.

This position is based at Royal Oaks Hospital, a subsidiary of Compass Health Network.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment throughout the facility
Conduct routine cleaning, disinfecting, restocking, and supply replenishment
Perform light maintenance tasks such as floor care, minor repairs, and equipment upkeep
Support inventory tracking, restocking, and communication of supply needs
Follow safety procedures, especially when handling biohazard cleanup
Travel to additional locations as needed to provide custodial or maintenance support
Assist with other duties as assigned
Education, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High School/GED preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
At least two (2) years experience in institutional housekeeping or janitorial operations preferred
