*Tool Maker* *Location:* Johnston, RI *Job Type:* Direct Hire *Pay:* $33 – $36/hour *Job Summary:* Demaich Industries is seeking a skilled Tool Maker to fabricate, repair, and maintain precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures used in manufacturing operations. *Key Responsibilities:* * Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications * Set up and operate machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders * Manufacture and assemble precision tools and components * Verify dimensions and maintain tight tolerances (up to .0001 inch) * Perform testing, adjustments, and tool modifications * Install and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components *Requirements:* * High School Diploma or GED * 3+ years of tool room or machining experience * Strong knowledge of machining, blueprint reading, and precision measurement * Basic math skills (algebra, geometry, trigonometry) *Work Environment:* * Manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and oils * Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for extended periods #INA Job Type: Full-time Pay: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Experience: * Tool & die: 4 years (Required) Work Location: In person
