Construction Litigation Associate (Mid-Level)
Ice Miller is seeking an associate with at least three (3) years of experience in construction law and/or litigation to join our practice. The successful candidate will become part of a collaborative team representing clients in a broad range of construction matters - including contract drafting and negotiation, proactive claims management during project construction, claims avoidance and mediation, arbitration or litigation, and related project development issues. Experience with mechanic's lien claims is a plus. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in construction law, a solid understanding of construction project operations and administration, strong legal research skills, excellent drafting experience (pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents), and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
