We are an innovative company that evolves quickly, so come ready to contribute and learn at a fast pace!Essential DutiesProduct Strategy & VisionIdentify customer and market needs through research, data analysis, and stakeholder input.Prioritize opportunities and initiatives to maximize business and customer impact.Product Development & ExecutionTranslate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time.Manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with roadmap goals.Monitor product performance post-launch, iterating and improving based on data and feedback.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with sales, marketing, operations, and customer success teams to drive adoption and ensure customer satisfaction.Serve as the primary point of contact for product questions and decisions.Act as product SME, conducting product demonstrations and assisting revenue and concierge teams as needed.Align internal stakeholders around product goals and outcomes.Customer Advocacy & Market InsightAct as the voice of the customer, incorporating their needs and experiences into product decisions.Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to continuously refine the product.Other duties as assignedEducation and/or Experience NeededUniversity degree or college diploma in the field of Business or Information Technology.5+ years' direct work experience in a product management, program management, or a related roleQualifications You Must HaveExcellent project management, coordination, and organization skillsAbility to work well with clients and colleagues through a variety of communication methodsExceptional customer service and presentation skillsExperience demonstrating products both internally and externallyMust be a self-starter with the ability to solve problemsExperience collecting feature functionality requests from clients and organizing, prioritizing and working with development teams to implementBasic-to-Intermediate level knowledge of SQL, database environments, and code trouble-shooting preferredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience influencing stakeholders.Experience working with agile development teams and toolsComfort with data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making.Deep understanding of assigned product suiteEmployment TypeFull-Time, ExemptReporting StructureChief Product OfficerWork EnvironmentWorking conditions are normal for an office environment.
