The Axel Group is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join a well-established and growing commercial general contractor and construction management firm with a strong presence throughout New Jersey and the greater Mid-Atlantic region.
Our client has built an extensive and diverse portfolio across senior living, multifamily, healthcare, education, commercial, hospitality, retail, industrial, manufacturing, and science and technology construction. The company continues to expand its presence in New Jersey and has a strong pipeline of active and upcoming work throughout the region. This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Superintendent with several years of construction field experience who is looking to join a highly regarded contractor, contribute to complex ground-up construction projects, and continue developing toward a lead Superintendent position.
While experience with senior living, multifamily, residential, or wood-frame construction would be valuable, candidates are not required to come exclusively from a wood-frame background. Individuals with strong ground-up commercial, institutional, healthcare, hospitality, education, mixed-use, or other large-scale construction experience will also be considered.
