If you’re hardworking, skilled, and looking to grow with a close-knit team, we’d love to hear from you. *Open Positions Include *_*(Experience requirements vary by position)*_*:* *CNC / Vertical Mill Setup & Operator* * 5+ years of experience required * Setup, program (PartMaster Pro), and operate CNC machines * Perform daily maintenance and run multiple machines as needed * Strong blueprint reading, inspection, and problem-solving skills * Must be proficient with manual/digital micrometers, calipers, and height gauges *Secondary Machinist* * Hands-on with Snow tappers, manual mills, and fixturing * Creative, mechanically minded, and proficient with a wide range of materials * Ability to lead, teach, and collaborate in a job shop setting * Ensure safety, quality, and production efficiency *Press Operator* * Setup and operate 25- and 60-ton presses * Blank, bend, punch, and form small intricate parts * Must follow safety standards and quality requirements * Additional experience with secondary machines (tappers, mills, drills) and deliveries is a plus *Inspector* * Read blueprints and inspect parts using precision tools (micrometers, calipers, profilometers, etc.) * Maintain and schedule calibration records * Record SPC data, prepare reports, and ensure parts meet specs *Centerless Grinder* * Experience setting up and operating centerless grinders * Ability to hold tight tolerances within .0003” * Use precision inspection tools for dimension and surface finish *Receiving & Inventory Clerk* * Receive, verify, sort, and issue materials * Maintain accurate stock records, report damage, and cut stock as needed * May assist in material handling across departments *Brown & Sharpe Screw Machine Operator* * 5+ years of experience required * Setup, operate, and maintain machines * Change cams, grind form tools, and maintain tooling * Proficient with standard and digital micrometers and gauges *What We’re Looking For* * Reliable, self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic * Must be proficient with manual-style micrometers/calipers * Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * Drug-free workplace compliance is required *Benefits* * Family-owned, small-shop culture * 401(k) * Health & Life Insurance * Dental Reimbursement * Paid Time Off / Vacation * Employee Assistance Program *Join a team where your skills matter and your work is valued.* *No phone calls, please.* Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour Work Location: In person
