State-of-the-art AAAASF accredited facility with multiple ORs, recovery bays, exam rooms, and a MedSpa. Experienced patient coordinators support new surgeons with high patient conversion rates. Practice is exclusively fee-for-service, metrics-driven, and ranked among the top practices nationally based on surgeon productivity. Ideal candidate is a BC/BE Plastic Surgeon interested in facial, breast, and body aesthetics, with excellent surgical and communication skills. Self-starter seeking long-term relationships with patients and staff, open to partial ownership opportunities. Full-time position with competitive salary ($300K-$600K), incentives, and comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. Schedule is Monday to Friday with alternating call coverage.
