In this role, your expertise will play a critical part in shaping enterprise systems that support global operations and business growth.Role SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, ERP Program Management to lead a global SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation and application development initiative. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing the full program lifecycle—from planning and requirements through execution and long-term sustainment.You will drive cross-functional collaboration across business and technology teams, oversee delivery execution, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. This role requires a strong leader who can manage risk, resolve complex issues, and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders while fostering a culture of accountability and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of a global SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementationManage program planning, execution, governance, and sustainment activitiesDrive cross-functional alignment across business units, IT, and external partnersOversee risk management, issue resolution, and dependency trackingEstablish and monitor success metrics and KPIs to ensure program outcomesCommunicate program status, risks, and milestones to executive leadershipChampion best practices in SAP Activate methodology and Agile/Scrum deliveryFacilitate workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetingsLead and mentor internal teams while managing third-party vendors and integratorsPromote continuous improvement and innovation aligned with business valueQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fieldProject Management certification (preferred)SAP certification in at least one functional area (e.g., Order to Cash, Procurement, Finance)SAP Activate Methodology and SAP Solution Manager certifications (preferred)Experience10+ years of experience working with SAP ERP modules across multiple versions5+ years of SAP program/project management experienceProven track record leading 2–3 full lifecycle SAP implementationsExperience with global SAP rollouts using a Global Template approachStrong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile/Scrum principlesExperience using SAP Solution Manager for implementation and documentationSkills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management capabilitiesExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to lead complex business transformation initiativesStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to facilitate workshops and drive actionable outcomesHighly adaptable, with strong learning agilityEffective negotiation and influencing skillsAbility to clearly articulate and advocate for solutionsAdditional RequirementsWillingness to travel as neededCompensation & BenefitsBenefitsThis role offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary, performance incentives, and a comprehensive benefits program designed to support employee well-being and long-term financial security.
