Java Developer

Position : Java Developer exposure to .NETLocation : RemoteContract 6+ months We’re looking for a skilled Backend and API Developer with 6-10 years of Java experience and some C# and .NET experience to support the ongoing development of a robust and scalable content distribution platform used in our media pipeline.Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend systems using JavaDesign, develop, and maintain backend services using C# and .NETDevelop and support RESTful APIs for content distribution and managementWork with Dropwizard, Spring, or similar Java frameworksManage relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or OracleBuild cloud-native solutions using AWS and Azure, including serverless functionsIntegrate media streaming technologies including DRM, Forensic Watermarking, and CDNsContribute to event-driven architectures and containerized environments using Docker and EKSFollow Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles with strong unit/integration test coverageUse Git for version control and participate in CI/CD workflowsRequirements:4–6 years of professional experience in Java backend developmentProficiency in building and consuming REST APIsStrong experience with Java frameworks like Dropwizard or SpringSolid understanding of SQL and relational databasesHands-on experience with cloud services (AWS preferred)Familiarity with media processing workflows, DRM, or CDN is a plusExperience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), and event-based system designStrong coding discipline with experience in TDD and modern dev practiceThanks & RegardsShraddha | eAspireshraddha@easpire.net
