Troubleshoot and repair circuit board assemblies. Analyze, Debug, and test to find the fault/defect on PCBA. Use of quality tools for Root cause analysis & initiate & implement corrective & preventiveactions. Make and Maintain a Debug guide based on data, and defect trends. Compilation of Debug data/reports and responsible for data analysis. Coordinate with the Production team to reduce/eliminate defects. Maintain and improve 5s on the shop. Perform the Mirror Man function in the PCBA assembly area to arrest defects during themanufacturing process. Identify unsafe conditions and report the same. Other tasks are assigned by line manager.Skills And Abilities Bachelors in Engineer in Electronics, Electronics & telecommunication with 2 to 4 years ofrelated experience. Knowledge of electronic circuits (Analog as well as Digital) & electronic components passiveas well as Active. Problem-solving Skills.
