Service Coordinator
Job Overview
The Service Coordinator position involves overseeing and coordinating services for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role requires a blend of program management, relationship management, and administrative skills to ensure effective service delivery.
Duties
- Manage and coordinate services for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Develop and implement programs to meet the needs of clients
- Supervise staff members involved in service provision
- Conduct budgeting and financial oversight for programs
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders
- Support program development initiatives to enhance service quality
Qualifications
- Experience in behavioral health or social work is preferred
- Strong program management skills
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Administrative skills for documentation and reporting purposes
- Working knowledge of developmental disabilities services
- Excellent relationship management abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.41 - $22.41 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
